Privacy Policy
Learn BlockTrust is BlockTrust Inc.’s education website. This policy explains how BlockTrust Inc. (“we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use learnblocktrust.com, take our quiz, sign up for lessons or classes, or submit one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to share when you sign up for lessons, take our quiz, download a guide, register for a class, book a call, or contact us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, state, and your answers to quiz questions.
Information from Facebook and Instagram forms. If you submit a Learn BlockTrust or BlockTrust form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered on that form with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or open our emails, we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Send you the lessons, guides, class reminders and educational updates you asked for
- Have a BlockTrust specialist contact you when you ask for a call or book one

- Comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and misuse
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we may text you about lessons, classes and calls you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure servers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run Learn BlockTrust and BlockTrust, and only for the purposes we set. These include:

You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you

We respond to requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to remember your preferences and measure how our site and ads perform. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Turning them off may affect some features.
The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, signing up for lessons), your browser and device, and your IP address. Meta may combine this with other information it has to measure our ads and to show ads to you and to people like you on Facebook, Instagram and elsewhere. When you sign up, we may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number so it can measure our ads. We never send Meta your name, your answers, or any account or financial information. Meta’s use of this information is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising:
- Meta: adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, or in the Instagram Accounts Center, including “Activity information from ad partners.”
- U.S. industry opt-out: visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info (also at aboutads.info/choices).
- Europe: visit youronlinechoices.eu.
- Your browser: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Children
Learn BlockTrust is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
